We offer free ground shipping within the continental US. We also ship to CANADA and most EU countries, although shipments outside these zones can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, duties and customs fees. Please contact your local authorities to check the terms and conditions of importing goods to your country. Additional fees charged within your country by local customs and duties are at the expense of the client.

Orders are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed. Ground delivery takes 1-5 days after the shipping confirmation has been sent, depending on where you are in the US, CANADA or within the EU zone.

Our products are designed to bring joy and wellbeing. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and undamaged. Items that are over 50% consumed are not eligible for a refund. 

Mwani Zanzibar may contact you prior to the refund, to receive further information on the reason behind it. This information is collected for the purpose of improving our customer service and will not affect your ability to benefit from our returns policy.
